Shipment processing time
All orders/ part orders are normally processed within 2 to 7 business days, after which orders or portions of orders are shipped. Many of our products may be partially produced and customized to order requirements, at the time of an order being placed. This is in line with our efforts to reduce waste, storage, and unnecessary overheads (such as electricity, heating, warehousing, etc). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Our products are sourced from producers and manufacturers from across the world, and are usually shipped directly from production facilities, or their onsite warehouses. Portions of orders may be shipped from multiple domestic or international locations, separately. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone (please ensure your contact information is accurate).
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, if applicable. This is dependent on the location (domestic and global) of the product/service ordered, and the shipping method selected at the time of placing the order. Some countries may charge an import fee/ duty/ tax once a shipment has arrived within the country's borders. You can check the amount of duty you may be required to pay (separately from your purchase, usually to the shipper), using this duty calculator.
Depending on the location from which an order/ part order is shipped, and shipping option chosen, delivery may take between 7 (seven) days to 45 (forty-five) days. Shipping and delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during holidays and due to unforeseen situations.
We ship to most location worldwide, from worldwide locations, through major courier partners like DHL, Fedex and others. We also ship through regular Post if our courier partners are unable to service specific locations. End-to-end tracking may not be available in certain circumstances, for some international parcels/post.
Currently, we are unable to service and deliver orders from and to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Palestinian Territories, South Sudan, Myanmar, Crimea Ukraine, Cote d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic (CD), Liberia, Lebanon, Sudan, Belarus, Iraq, Zimbabwe, Syria, Ghana, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Nigeria.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s), if available. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of our communicating it to you.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
GaiaTree, GaiaTree Eco, GaiaTree Sustainables, is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). You can calculate duties on your purchase using this third party duty calculator.
Damages (to the packaging or order articles)
GaiaTree, GaiaTree Eco, GaiaTree Sustainables, is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or write to us at orders@GaiaTreeEco.com, with your order/ part order details and images of the order/ part order article, mentioning your concern.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
